Added Continuous- and DiscreteParameter classes.

  • new interface class Parameter which is a clonable ValueInterface.
  • Continuous- and DiscreteParameter implement the clone() function for Continuous- and DiscreteValue respectively.
  • also added unit tests on each clone function.
  • Property mode set to 100644
